Your offer isn'ttoo niche.Your content is.

I'm a creative director for people with niche and saturated offers. I build the personal brand, the content, and the system behind it, so the audience you build actually turns into revenue.

The problem

You were told the niche was the problem.

You already have a business that makes money. Now you want the personal brand and the offer that comes with it. One of these is true right now:

01

You don't know what to post.

The offer works. You know it works. But there is no obvious content to make about it, so you either post nothing or you post something once a week and hope.

02

You post, and nothing lands.

You've been putting content out and it's going nowhere. So you decided the niche is too small, too boring, or too dead for anyone to care.

Here is what is actually happening.

There is nobody in your space to copy. No proven formats, no competitors worth modeling, no obvious playbook. So you either post into a void, or you copy people whose audience will never buy what you sell.

Being the only one in the room is not the problem. It is the entire advantage, and almost nobody knows how to use it.

How I solve it

Done for you. I run the whole thing.

You stay in your business. I handle the direction, the strategy, the ideas, and the system that produces the content week after week.

01

Take the position nobody else has

In a dead or crowded niche there is nothing to counter-position against. That means you get to set the terms and be the first voice people ever hear on it. New beats better, every time.

02

Sell the person before the offer

The top of your funnel is never your offer. It is you: your story, your beliefs, how you live, why you do this. People fall for the person first, then get curious about how the life is funded. That curiosity is the handoff.

03

Build something worth bingeing

Long-form is where they decide. A channel where the first video leads into the second and the second into the third, until they have watched five and already trust you. Buyers binge, then buy.

04

Foundation first, reach second

Most people chase views before they have anything for the viewer to land on. We build the library that converts first, then open the tap. Views on an empty channel are worth nothing.

05

Scale on formats already proven to work

Once we know exactly why people like you, we reverse-engineer that into formats that already rip, and put your reach where the buyers actually are.

Proof

$60,000 in two months. In a niche everyone had written off.

Starting point

Luke had run an AI lead generation agency for two years and made good money doing it. He had never posted a piece of content about it, and hadn't posted anything in two years. Then he wanted to launch a coaching offer in a niche that was, for all practical purposes, dead. Nobody was selling that offer. Nobody was making content about it. There was no one to model.

What I did

I came in as his creative director and built the whole thing. Instagram made people fall in love with Luke: his story, his beliefs, his life. YouTube caught the people that made curious and answered every question the offer raised, in order, video after video. Foundation first. Then we reverse-engineered why people liked him into formats already proven to perform, and turned the reach on.

Outcome

$60,000 in the first two months, and 8x the following he started with. His first top-of-funnel video hit 105,000 views, a 100x outlier for the account. Every client who paid in full told us the same thing: they watched multiple videos before they booked.

Let's build it.

If you have a niche or saturated offer and you are tired of guessing what to post, tell me about it. I take on a small number of clients at a time and I run the whole thing personally.

You'll answer a few questions first so we both know the call is worth taking.
